Greg Felten is the owner and home inspector of Gorge Quality Home Inspection. One of Greg’s primary motivators for doing home inspection work is being able to play an important role in taking care of the people in our local communities. This of course includes prospective newcomers to the area—because buying a home is a difficult process, no matter who you are or where you come from.

Before inspecting homes as a career, Greg spent over 10 years working in industrial safety. For that particular role, Greg was responsible for inspecting various buildings and system infrastructure. Greg was also a whitewater rafting guide for over twenty years, an experience that helped shape his ability to communicate effectively, easing the fears and doubts of those he worked with.
The details are of critical importance when inspecting homes, and Greg has a sharp eye for discovering what may be actively defective or deteriorating to a point where it will soon be unsafe—and you can count on him to honestly disclose every piece of information he discovers.
